"PowerPoint imports were surprisingly okay"
I brought in a few of my old PowerPoint decks and, i expected more things to break. But they came through mostly fine, with just a couple tiny fixes needed here and there. Not perfect, but better than I thought it would be.

"Pitch has been super useful for our team"
pitch has been really handy for us. Everyone can hop into the same deck, leave comments, tweak things, and we don’t have to keep sending random file versions back and forth. It makes feedback a lot less chaotic, especially when we’re rushing. I mean, it’s not some life-changing miracle or anything, but wow, it definitely saves us a ton of hassle

"Made a Simple Question Way Too Difficult"
I was just trying to get help with a basic issue, but the AI assistant kept giving answers that didn’t really make sense or apply to what I asked. It felt like such a simple thing turned into a hassle for no reason. it was frustrating.

I was expecting the usual hassle when changing my plan, because that’s how this stuff normally goes. But it was actually quick and easy, and I didn’t get hit with any random weird charges afterward. Such a relief for once.

"Workspace admin is straightforward"
Managing our workspace in pitch has been, easy overall. Adding people, switching roles, and keeping projects organized doesn’t really take much time. A few of the settings took me a minute to find, like... I had to click around a bit, but once I found them, it was fine. Overall, it’s been a good experience

"Clean charts without the usual hassle"
I’ve used a few presentation tools in the past where getting charts to look decent took way too much tweaking. With Pitch, I mostly use it for reports, and the charts come together really easily. The data looks clean and polished without me spending ages fixing up every slide.

I tried using Pitch on my phone, a mess it kind of was. The slides were loading slow, editing felt really clunky, and buttons half the time didn’t do what I tapped them for. I ended up just giving up and using my laptop instead. For mobile, not great at all.

"Sharing works, but be careful with the privacy settings"
I’ll be honest, the sharing features seem to work fine, and the permissions are mostly okay. But the privacy settings still feel confusing to me, and I don’t always feel totally sure who can see what. Just a heads-up for anyone using it: double-check everything before sharing anything important.

"Exporting is honestly so easy"
I’ve been using Pitch to export and download decks, and it’s been painless so far. PDFs and PowerPoint files downloaded without any weird formatting problems, which is always my main worry with these things. Makes it a lot quicker when I need to send client stuff over and not have to... you know, fix a bunch of random layout issues after. Overall, really happy with it

"Great for teams, a bit pricey for occasional use"
I’ve enjoyed using Pitch overall, the interface feels smooth, and the slides come out looking really polished without a ton of effort. For me, though, the pricing feels a little steep because I only need it here and there, not every day. I can see it being totally worth it if you’re working with a team and making presentations regularly, but for my occasional projects, it’s harder to justify. I’d probably stick with it more confidently if there were a cheaper plan somewhere in the middle...

"Fits Into Our Workflow Well"
I've used a few presentation and collaboration tools in the past, and Pitch has been one of the easier ones to fit into our day-to-day workflow. The integrations have been really helpful and save us a decent amount of back-and-forth. There are a few small syncing quirks here and there, but nothing that’s been a major dealbreaker. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with it.

"Support replied surprisingly fast"
I ran into a small issue with my slides and felt a little stressed at first, but support got back to me way faster than I expected. They handled it without making me jump through hoops, which was a relief. It just made me feel like they actually care, so I’m happy with the experience.

"Onboarding was fine, but the docs need work"
Getting started with Pitch wasn’t too difficult, but the onboarding felt a little rushed. The docs were helpful here and there, but I ended up clicking around more than I should have just to find basic answers. I mean, common sense says the simple stuff should be easy to find. It’s still usable overall, just not as smooth as it could be

Pitch is easy to use for basic slides, honestly. I was able to get the hang of it for simple stuff, but some of the tools are kinda tucked away. Took me a bit longer than I expected to figure out a few things that should’ve been straightforward

"Works fine for me, honestly"
pitch has been totally fine in my browser. No random loading drama, no weird glitches, and editing slides feels smooth enough that I’m not sitting there questioning my life choices. It’s easy to use overall, which is apparently a lot to ask from some tools these days...

"Good idea, but needs work"
I really wanted to like this because the app has a nice layout and seems like it could be super useful. Unfortunately, it’s been slow for me and crashes more often than I’d expect, especially when I actually need it to work. I hope they can fix the stability issues because it definitely has potential

"Good brand options, kinda fiddly at first"
It made matching our brand easy, which was nice. The settings were kinda fiddly at first and took me a minute to figure out, but overall it did what I needed.
